As part of the CAST Leadership Academy, we build on decades of experience in leadership development and change management to provide executive-focused guidance that drives measurable impact.
Our team brings deep expertise in leadership, strategy, and AI implementation. We guide executives through practical frameworks that make AI adoption actionable, helping leaders understand the technology and apply it effectively in real-world business contexts.
Our Founder
Gus Takkale is a leadership and transformation advisor specializing in helping executive teams adopt artificial intelligence strategically and effectively. With more than 26 years of global executive experience across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, Gus works with senior leaders to integrate AI into decision-making, productivity, and organizational strategy. He combines deep expertise in leadership development and change management with practical AI applications that help organizations achieve measurable results.
Gus is the author of The Road: A Journey through the 5C’s of Change and CAVE Connection: The Future of Employee Engagement & Generation Y, and a global speaker on leadership and transformation. He has trained and advised leadership teams across industries including banking, telecommunications, IT, healthcare, FMCG, and government. Earlier in his career, Gus held senior executive roles including VP of HR & Transformation at SAP and Regional Director at Hilti, giving him first-hand experience leading large-scale organizational and technology-driven change.
